1.How do I place an exchange?

Kindly observe that we do not offer a direct exchange service.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to receive a different product, you are most welcome to send back your purchase within 30 days of receiving your item for a full refund. The products must be unused and in original condition – i.e., in original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact. We will refund your product(s) for its full value to the account originally used when making your purchase. To ensure that you will receive the desired product as fast as possible, you can order the new item at your own convenience.

Additionally, the offer of any product(s) purchased during a campaign period will still be honored should you wish to receive another item instead. However, your new order must be placed within 30 days of the original order’s date-of-purchase for the same promotion to be honored and this offer will not be able to be used in conjunction with any other promotion. 2.How do I place a return?

3.Do I need to pay for the return shipping?

Meksavent offers a 30 days free trial for all orders placed on our website. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the product, we will email you a prepaid USPS shipping label that includes our warehouse address and you can return them for a full refund.

Meksavent does not refund purchases from other retailers.

4.How long does the return process take?

Once your returning package has been received by our warehouse, it will be processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return.

We appreciate your understanding that, although we work as quickly as possible, it is possible that this process may take 5-9  business days to complete.

5.When will I receive my refund?

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-10 business days.

Please note that campaigns or holidays can delay the processing of your refund. Should you have any questions regarding this, do not hesitate to submit a request on this.

6.How long is the warranty?

All Meksavent umbrellas are covered under our Unconditional Lifetime Guarantee. If, at any time, you find any defect in material or workmanship, or the umbrella should fail to function properly, we will gladly repair or replace it at no charge (except shipping & handling).
